Walmart gave me a refund on this bag, so no complaint there. The bag arrived damaged due to the seller cutting corners in packaging it. Instead of putting it in a box %26 allowing the bag to come as it lays naturally, they forced the bottom of the bag to fold over and then bubble wrapped it to keep the base folded over %26 then wrapped it firmly in the bubble wrap and then a clear plastic bag and then put it into a Mailer bag. So when it is unpacked the base of the bag is warped and will not lay flat so the bag falls over. The other thing is the description says hide away straps, but only the shoulder strap tucks into the back. The back is sewn down so the straps that hook into the shoulder straps hangs loose, no where to tuck them in. But the bag is not usable because of the seller cutting corners to ship it. Really nice bag, had they not damaged it to save shipping costs. If not for the damage by the seller, I would have returned it anyway because it says shoulder straps are able to be hidden %26 doesn't say the bottom straps hang free which totally defeats the purpose of being able to hide the shoulder straps.
