Blue Dragon Medium Rice Noodles, 10.58 oz, Pack of 4

For those of us who suffer from gluten issues, these are THE BEST substitute I have found for traditional packaged egg noodles! I use these for everything from noodles in homemade chicken soup to a tasty pork tenderloin and mushroom dish flavored heavily with paprika that I just love. They come six noodle "nests" to a package, and you just drop three nests into two cups of boiling chicken stock with 1T of butter and cook 'em until the stock is gone, about 5 minutes or so. Toss 'em with another tablespoon of butter, and tah-DAH, you've got NOODLES! Give 'em a try!
