The Acerbis mirror meets my state's legal requirement while not completely solid but seems a cut above similar products. R and L are not interchangeable.

Works good.

I like to buy the opposite side and mount it upside-down so I can see better. The mirror is kind of small, and looking at your own arm doesn't help. Under the bars makes the view un-obstructed!
