Works nicely for grilling or cooking on the flat top. Was able to take food right off the grill and put onto these and they definitely held up to the heat. I've purchased cheaper ones in the past that the food melted to. Pretty large so you can food a decent amount of food on them.

We recently got a Blackstone Grill and needed something to use to transport the meat, etc to and from the grill. These were a great option. They are big enough, but not too big. They sit on the side shelves well. They are sturdy, so it didn't feel like I had to use two hands to carry the meat on the tray. They washed well and seem like they will be durable and great for the long haul.
