The chrome coating protects against water, UV rays and changing weather conditions. You can push the heavy-duty dog stake deep into most soils for a secure hold because of the corkscrew-style design. An arrowhead-style handle lets you firmly grip the handle to easily rotate the metal dog stake into place, while an integrated 360-degree swivel ring allows you to attach a cable leash with a snap bolt to secure your dog. The swivel ring moves with your dog to keep the leash from tangling around the stake to help maintain mobility. Pair this metal dog stake with the 20' Katzco dog tie-out cable leash, which is available separately, and give your dog enough leeway to roam around while you laze by the beach. This dog yard stake measures 8 mm x 16".
