Failure to communicate regarding return

Unfortunately we ordered the wrong size battery. Tried to return it to Walmart and the guy was very rude and said they could not return it through the store. Have tried twice to contact eComelectronics and they have failed to contact us. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.
