Great Read

I love Ashley Judd (not fond of her mom/sister). This book is fantastic! It really seems to show the raw and honest side of her and what she thinks and is going through as she remembers things and visits other countries. Very touching so far and I'm only 1/2 way into it. This is th very human side of a Hollywood actress and person. Kudos to you Ashley and all that you have gone through and come out stronger and more spiritual for it. Teresa

Creative advertisement JUDDS

All I can say is that EVERY family has issues and deep dark secrets that they are hiding. The things she revealed is nothing I have not heard from 100's of other families....and they did not end up RICH in the outcome. I think alot of readers will think the book is boring...if you have read about one person contributing to charities, then you have read about them all!ALSO, very creative advertisement on the Judd part...it is so ironic the book was discussed on her mother and sisters television show this month and then hundreds of thousands did a search to purchase Ashley's book that just so happened to have been published April/ 2011...such as myself (hook, line and sinker!) Smart thinking Judd Women!!!!All in all, I still love the Judds and would love to see them

Good Book

I was really shocked by the treatment of Ashley by her Mother. Her story is very sad, especially when her Mother has protrayed herself as the "perfect mother". The parts of the book of her travels began to get boring after the first two pages. The only interesting parts of her travels were about her time in Rehab. Overall, a good book.
