Rothco 6" All Weather Waterproof Duck Boots, Brown/Black

Boots are well-made, high quality ones, and well worth the money. However, due to design flaw around the gusseted tongue, boot opening is somewhat small so that I am slipping my foot into the boot with difficulty despite having a normally-arched and of average width foot. I've decided to keep the boots because I like them.

The one thing that kept me from giving this a better rating is that it takes more effort to put on that other boots of this style that I have owned. The area where the tongue is attached is higher that others of this style. This limits the area where you foot slides in to the boot. The distance between your heel and the top of your foot needs more area to easily get in the boot. I ordered 1 size larger. It seems to run a little small.
