These dutch ovens are equipped with enamel coating on the inside and out and feature wide, ergonomic handles. Includes matching vapor seal lids.
The enameled coating eliminates the need for preseasoning and offers a hygienic, non-porous, non-absorbent, smooth layer that is easy to clean. This pot features a tight-fitting, vapor seal lid and wide, ergonomic handles designed to provide a secure, comfortable grip when transferring from stovetop to oven to table.
Featuring a vapor seal lid, designed without a vent to maintain the retention of nutrients, vitamins, moisture, and taste in your dishes. The lid is equipped with condensation bumps underneath, which effectively trap and circulate moisture within the pot and eliminates the need for excess water during cooking, resulting in more flavorful and nutritious meals.
Compatible with all kinds of cooktops such as induction, electric, gas, halogen, and vitro-ceramic. The cast iron material absorbs and holds heat, allowing for excellent heat retention when transferring from stovetop to oven to table.
