72 In x 24 In. 3 Drawer Rolling Industrial Workbench with Wood Top - Aged Macadamia

My wife, knowing I wanted a new workbench, found this one online. I thought it was a little "too nice" and expensive, but with the cost of wood, and the time to assemble it, I decided to try it. It was delivered by a very nice deliveryman, who placed it, pallet and all, inside my garage, where I wanted it. Assembling it was not too terrible, even though the directions were awful (no dimensions of hardware listed, all pictures, no narrative, etc.). The steel frame is very sturdy, and the bench top came fully assembled with the drawer guides/brackets in place. One of the reasons I decided to go with this product is the three drawers, which are advertised to hold 100 lbs each. After completing the assembly and putting the workbench in place, I began to notice little 1/2" black screws on my garage floor. I then observed that one of the drawer guides and drawer was hanging down, barely held up by (you guessed it!) the remaining little 1/2" screws. How they figure that these drawers will hold 100 lbs each, when the guides are held in place by these insufficient screws is beyond me. I called Durasheds, the manufacturer at their listed number, got a recording, and left a message for them to call me. I have not (and know I will not) received a return call from this company. I got some 1" wood screws (the longest possible without coming through the woodbench top), and replaced each one of these ridiculous 1/2" screws. Product is definitely not worth the price!
