Verified Purchase

Poor quality-broke the first day.

Gave this to my son for Christmas. While he was changing the hands, one of the tabs broke off inside the arm. Now no other hands & weapons can be put on that arm. On the shipping info it states not to contact Walmart but to call toywhiz customer service. When I called toywhiz I was told since it was opened they couldn't help me. Told me I needed to contact dc entertainment. When I called them they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer & they gave me a number to call. When I called them they said they only dealt with business accounts & couldn't help me. Told me to take it back to Walmart store even thought I purchased it online through Walmart.com. Disappointed
