OTC 2387, OTC Select: The OTC Select 2387 wrist-thumb splint holds the wrist in a neutral position and the thumb abducted to promote healing and minimize pain. The distal palmar crease contour allows for 90 degree palmar flexion and full finger dexterity. The OTC Select series of products feature an ideal combination of wicking, moisture management and odor reducing anti-microbial treatments to ensure all-day wearing comfort. They also include non-abrasive hook-and-loop fastening materials with no sharp edges and highly controlled sewing processes that result in tighter stitching, lower profile seams and a sleek, contemporary look. Helps in the treatment of: DeQuervain's tendonitis, strains and sprains of the MCP joint, basal joint arthritis, advanced carpal tunnel syndrome, cumulative trauma disorders of the thumb and wrist
