I really like this brand, its quality, and digestibility. the ingredients are of the highest quality . You can take this on an empty stomach!
This buffered vitamin c is safe even when taken on an empty stomach. I take 1 as a supplement each day, along with a balanced diet, and take 2-3 tablets when I feel like I'm getting sick or when unwell. I would usually get cough and colds 4-5 times a year, but since taking this, I don't remember the last time I was down with anything! Good quality and good value for money, I always have at least a bottle of this at home.
