perfect for small area
We are simplifying and downsizing. This was a perfect set for our smaller eating area overlooking our deck and yard. The ""picture"" instructions made assembly quite easy. It does take two people. The set is very sturdy and good quality. I love how the chair swivels, thus saving wear and tear on my wood floors. I spent days searching for a pub set with a shelf and backs on the chairs. I am very happy with this purchase.
