Buyer Beware
Ordered a patio set. Delivery date was for Jan 23/23. We were going to be out of the country until Jan. 16. Ordered believing that it would be delivered as stated on our order. Received 2 emails stating furniture was on its way and we would be kept updated. Also in both emails it stated that once the furniture was in our city we would receive a phone call from the delivery company to arrange for delivery. 2 weeks before it was suppose to arrive we got a call from our neighbour saying that furniture had been delivered to our driveway. We never received any notifications saying it was being delivered or the phone call to set up delivery. We had to arrange and pay someone to come and move the furniture to a safe location as we would not be there for another week. Called Shop4Patio as we were very unhappy. They said they would look into it. A few days later they sent a copy of the delivery notice and asked if it was our signature. Our signature had been forged on the form. Shop4Patio would take no responsibility for the 2 week early delivery, the no call to arrange to have the furniture delivery, the no email to notify us that it had been delivered and the forging of our signature. We also requested to be compensated for what we had to pay to have the furniture moved to a safe location. They refused. Terrible customer service! We paid over $2000.00 for the patio set. It's not comfortable at all and the cushions do not look like they will last very long. Very disappointed with Shop4Patio's customer service and the quality of their furniture. Would never buy from them again or recommend their furniture to anyone.
