Update on my review dated 3/5/22. Well I got my battery installed. I went with a smaller ah battery, (a 48V 30A 12AH) this worked perfectly as far as price, budget, & size for where I wanted to put it. The 12AH battery is able to carry me just a little over 13 miles. Now that's actual, real-world riding conditions, mostly flat, paved roads & bike paths, with a few small hills. ( I'm 6' tall, 190 lbs ) my bike weighed about 31 lbs before install, & about 61 after. (Motor+battery) for a total of just over 250 lbs. That's mostly full throttle, no peddling. I usually just give it a stroke or two to get her rolling, then I hit the juice. I'm able to cruise along at 27-28 mph all day long! GOBS of low-end torque. I didn't think I'd like the thumb throttle, but it's quite comfortable & functional. I won't be replacing it for a twist grip. My ONLY slight gripe would be it would be nice if it came with a a small LCD screen. I've run it for four complete cycles thus far, ( just over 50 miles). Loving every mile! Very happy. Very good product.. just buy it!!

Easy to install and works amazingly. I bought the throttle version by mistake but works very well. I'm 280# and this thing flies
