Nishimoto Mum's Vermicelli Is The Best

I prepare chicken long rice at least once per month and this brand of vermicelli is the best. I have tried other brands and none have been as consistent as Mum's vermicelli. Further, I have compared prices with other stores and Walmart is the best price consistently. I soak it in warm water for about 60 minutes before I begin putting my chicken long rice together and the texture is the perfect. I highly recommend Mum's vermicelli.

I was surprised how nicely this cooked up after using more expensive brands all my life. They're fast and easy to cook and went well with various dishes I cook including chicken long rice and egg rolls! Price was great too.
