Arrived broken!

I wanted this lovely acrylic plant stake and expected it to be packaged to arrive as advertised! Unfortunately, it arrived with part of the fiddle broken off because of the lack of packing materials to protect it. Even a FRAGILE sticker on the paper-thin envelope may have helped. Crazy as it sounds, I ordered 6 of these and this is the 5th to arrive broken. Such a shame because they would be beautiful in plants!
