I refer Tripp Lite to my friends often since buying the UPS.

Northern California resident dealing with lots of power outs from the power company PG&E. Often on a generator. Got it to protect my equipment incase of an outage and have a single connection to the generator. It cleanly powers my audio system, led tv, led lights, and a couple other devices. No high pitched whining from the unit like some surge protectors do. Not crazy heavy or cumbersome. 10/10 product.

Decades Old Customer - Never a Bad Experience - Only Good

I have been a Tripp Lite customer for DECADES! I have experienced their warranty in positive ways. I have used their Isobar rack mount power strips throughout this time. When it came time to request a UPS for my work cube I had no doubt what I wanted. Installed nicely, plugs fit in a reasonable pattern based on plug size and degree of filtering. I take care of the scrap at this company and I have yet to see a Tripp Lite product in the bin. Can't say the same for some of the others. I would recommend Tripp Lite Power Strips and UPS to my Mom!

Needed a GPS for our pellet stove in case of power outages and was very impressed with the capabilities of the unit when it arrived. It is more than capable of providing safe shutdown when ever there is a power outage. Plus with five protected plugins and five non protected five non protected plugins.
