The bushings provide moderate rotation while the bearings rotate quickly for snatch and jerk grip needs.

It's a budget friendly Olympic barbell and excellent for the price. The collars have some movement about them of sliding left to right a little, but for the price it's still a excellent piece of equipment that can be used to improve health, develop strength and such to improve the own aelf including to help others as well. Investing in healthy things is important in life and i recommend such equipment to be using such to do healthy behaviors of which can improve mental and physical health.
