The Mercedes Benz 190E Model Airtech Air Suspension Kit includes Front and Rear Air Struts that match the design of those included with our full Air Suspension Systems. In addition, these replacement air struts work with most air management systems on the market, allowing you to save money by replacing only a damaged or work air strut instead of an entire air system.

Take advantage of near infinite adjustability thanks to the adjustable lower mount, 36 levels of damping adjustment, and the unmatched height adjustability (0-120/200mm depending on vehicle) of air suspension. The Airtech Air Struts are designed for easy bolt-on installation. No modifications to OEM shock absorbers, or OEM top mounts is required.

Ksport Airtech air struts are crafted from high quality metals and rubber compounds to offer the strength you need for heavy-duty use with superior resistance against becoming compromised from road contaminants. Because the rubber air bag component within an air strut assembly serves one of the most important functions during hard driving, careful consideration has gone into the development of the rubber compound material used. The rubber construction has been formulated without cost-cutting so the boots will remain supple and flexible to work effectively – without drying out, cracking, and crumbling the way cheaper grades of rubber can. Aircraft grade aluminum and heavy gauge steel with powder coat finish provide corrosion-resistant strength and rigidity. Because stronger construction resists the flex and sudden distortion over hard bumps that causes air bag components to become compromised, you’ll see a longer life span from Airtech Air Struts.

• WIDE RANGE OF HEIGHT ADJUSTABILITY - The Airtech Air Suspension Front and Rear Air Struts offer height adjustment ranging 0 to 120/200mm depending on the vehicle. Set stock ride height for comfortable driving or lower 4.7 – 7.8 inches when you prefer to scrape the street.

• 36-WAY ADJUSTABLE DAMPING - Ksport Airtech Air Suspension Kits offer 36 levels of damping which allow you to dial in your air suspension even further. Set damping softer (counterclockwise) or stiffer (clockwise) by simply inserting the included damping knob and turning it either way.

• ADJUSTABLE LOWER MOUNT - Like our coilover kits, our Air Suspension systems allow the option for further fine tuning of ride height at any psi with an adjustable lower mount. This allows you to get the perfect ride height at almost any psi that you are comfortable driving at.

• HIGH PRESSURE AIR BAGS - Air bags are engineered and designed to match your vehicle. Depending on the type of OEM suspension your vehicle has, sleeve type and double bellow type bags are available. Air pressure directly corresponds with how stiff or soft your car rides – higher psi results in a stiffer ride while lower psi results in a softer ride.

• HIGH PERFORMANCE SHOCK ABSORBERS - All Ksport Air Suspension systems come with the same quality shocks that are standard in our best-selling Kontrol Pro Coilover kits. Air kit shocks have a different internal valving setting to accommodate changes in psi.
