Works very well.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased to replace an aging Panasonic Microwave. Installation was easy, template on the cardboard box was a great idea. Microwave is easy to use and has lots of power, We find it heats up faster than older one. We have used settings such as popcorn and potatoes and it worked well.

easy to use

Works great but control panel needs improvement

The control panel uses number for selection but there is no indication what the numbers represent. No manual came with the model and so it's been very hard trying to figure out the menu options. Microwaves have been around long enough that they should be user friendly. This one misses the mark on that.
