Safe, quality athletic ball.

My daughter was in her last month of pregnancy with a baby who needed to flip and an athletic ball was suggested to bounce on and do exercises on. We bought from a different store and it was garbage. Soon as you sat on it it would deflate half way, and the height measurements for the person were not accurate. This ball was different, straight out the box! The material was much thicker and stronger. It was firm and held my 165 lb pregnant daughter comfortably and she felt safe on it. The measurements were on point and it had her sitting with a suggested and appropriate slightly less than 90• degree, seated, hip angle for the exercises to be effective. I would definitely recommend this ball for its quality construction and accuracy with height to ball size measurements.

This is a very sturdy ball that seems thick enough to last a long time. It has a slightly sticky texture that makes it easy not to slide off of. However, I ordered a size too large and will be returning it. Since it is such a good product, I will order the same brand in a smaller size.
