I just arrived home from being a semi tool truck driver for weeks at times I'm on the road and when I get home and check my mail yes item with my warranty wis in it I don't want to sound like negative feed back but honestly I order something from you I expect to be able to use it I'm highly mad that u gave me a default novity toy and I would like one free without using my warranty cuz it is not my fault u sent me a broken one my purchase and warranty should not be affected by this I don't want to say anything else cuz I'm overly frustrated ad upset by this why would you do that to anyone who purchases novity toys when it's broken the moment I removed from the box it was shipped in please handle without taking warranty or my money unless you want me to either to go to you're CEO or corporate please and thank you and hopefully you can handle
