Very very poor product

Correct battery received but dead as a door nail (my old one does at least work) the accompanying disk does not work on any of my three computers (Yes I have windows 10 installed on all three ) In my opinion you are selling junk Thanks but I have enough junk already. Please do not send customers this type of what ever it is.
