external usb C disk very slow

hooking up an samsung T7 external usbc disk connects and i can copy and past files but it takes forever to complete.. connected to the usbc of the pc itself the drive works like a charm also a epos headset dongle stops working after a while, like there is no connection or power...

after a month of use, it stopped, no signs of life

after a month of use... the Windows system no longer sees it... while I was using a USB stick connected to this hub... it stopped... no signs of life... if I connect the same stick directly to the PC, it works
