Liquid vitamin D
I live in a very hot climate with strong sun radiation. So we do not expose ourselves to the sun a lot nowadays. And vitamin D becomes essential to take to avoid vitamin D deficiency.Which is important for bones of course. For me being vegan is important to take an organic naturally based product,which we have here. The dosage is optimal: 2000 IU per day and easy for use. The taste is great also!
