Poor Quality

I ordered this piece through the Walmart website. On the plus side, it did arrive several days early. However, the material is cheap and when I received it, there was a tear in the seam on the front right side. Also, it seems that the portions are off because it is supposed to have long sleeves but these sleeves go barely past my mid arm. It's not worth returning as there are extra fees for returns, but I am definitely less than impressed especially considering the price of the item. I would look elsewhere.
