Silk Flowers

I ordered six bunches, they arrived in a flat box that appeared to have been vacuum packed. When I opened one of these individually wrapped they smelled like chemicals. They didn't fluff up, so I tried to return them to the store in our town. First time I ever had a problem with a return. Turns out it has something to do with "Market Place". After several attempts I finally got a refund with a phone call that I might add was very easy. Don't know why the brick and mortar was so difficult. Would I buy these again? Absolutely not.
