Total and a Complete Trash

I am sad to say that after two months of infrequent use, this looks far worse than the one I had for 20 years. There are over 100 pulls and it looks awful. I am the sole user, no pets nor children. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. If you see the name Manuel, run (do not walk) the other way. This is not an exaggeration to make my point but absolutely true. You cannot post a review without a star. I would rate this item minus 5 stars.
