Fish Oil

I always take fish oil supplements daily. These are good and I notice no aftertaste as some supplements have. I usually just buy a non-name brand, and for comparison, each of these contain 1250 mg marine triglyceride concentrate (500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA). There are 60 capsules in the bottle. My non-name brand -- each softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil (300 mg Omega 3 fatty acids as triglycerides 260 mg EPA + DHA). The capsules are a typical size.

No fishy taste!

I have taken fish oil capsules in the past, but I didn’t like the fishy taste even after swallowing. So I discontinued taking. These fish oil capsules has a pleasant smell and no after taste. I’ve only taken for a few days. One a day with a meal is recommended. These capsules are in triglyceride form. Supporting cardiovascular, neurological and joint health. I will be able to tell in a few weeks of taking if they are helping. I like that there is no taste or smell or after taste. I like that they’re easy to swallow. For that, is the reasons I recommend.

Good!

I like these as supplements. I've tried over the years to incorporate fish oil and have always dropped off before. But these are good quality, and eliminated some of the big issues I had with other ones. They're thick enough that you don't get that fishy aftertaste, first of all. They also don't give me an upset stomach after I take them like other brands have.
