Fitted not Baggy

I purchased the size I should wear, according to the chart. I am 5'1" and weigh 120 - when purchasing according to the measurements the sweatshirt fits perfectly,, but the sleeve cuffs are too tight to push the sleeves up out of the way. If you are planning on using this for work or around the house work, I recommend purchasing a size or two larger to ensure you have room for your skin to breathe and push up the sleeves. Because this is a fitted sweatshirt it's warmer than the loose fit, so keep that in mind as well.
