Too many driver issues. After many many Windows updates you have to download drivers from MSI to get it to work somewhat stable. The drivers are simply too buggy and if AMD Adrenaline software updates itself you'll end up fighting to roll it back. The system randomly freezes and chooses not to respond until you close the lid (screen) and open it again. No problems for maybe 1 week out of 4 weeks of trying. The headache was not worth it so the system was returned.

been a problem since day one. it would constantly shut down when i close the lid instead of sleeping. the mouse lags and i have to wait. sometimes over a minute. didnall the uodates, in hopes it would help. same issues. i was hopping this would be better than my lenovo ideapad slim. but its been more problematic than beneficial. it has days where its good. nut 90% of the time, it's a hastle. I'm honestly planning on returning it and hetting something else. i thought i bought my self a great laptop finally. all the specs seem great. but the performance is truly poor. and for some reason my speakers no lonher play audio. im going to contact msi for assistance before throwing in the towel. nut ive hinestly had such a poor experience with this laptop. its unfortunate, because the specs were great and so was a video review. and had hreat construction. its been such a pita ive been doing my work tasks on my phone instead.
