Good for quick eye-makeup application

I use this stick if I don't want to go full-monty w/ the base, shadow, high-lighting, etc. All I do is a quick line and smudge it in. You do have to be quick with the smudging, as it dries in place rather fast. Esp. because this is the black one...I don't want it to look too severe. First I do one top lid; smudge, then the next; smudge, then one bottom lid; smudge...like that. Also I live in AZ, and though I'm older and shouldn't have this problem, my eye makeup will just slide off, unless I have a pencil like this, or use a good sticky base w/thick shadow on top....like NYX's Jumbo Pencil w/ their matte shadows on top. It IS the sweatiest place in the nation after all!

I was so excited when these stick shadows launched and I saw them on display at my local Ulta. I purchased 5 of them in the store and ordered the rose gold one here online. These shadows are phenomenal! They stay put all day long without creasing, smudging or flaking. They will be perfect during the hot summer months. More colors please! A purple would be awesome. Also more matte shades would really be appreciated.

Worth the price!!

I picked this up a few weeks back in Almond and now I want every other shade too. It doesn't fade or crease, and it's easy to work with. I love using it as an eyeshadow base, it adds dimension and is easy to blend. I would put it on par with Tarte's SmolderEYES pencils, but it's half the price.
