Did not work for me when using my hard water...
The scent of the soap was wonderful, but my washed hair had no scent. The soap arrived in a battered package and there was a chip out of the soap itself. It was almost impossible to get the soap to lather (I have hard water) and it left my hair with a residue/coating that was difficult to comb through while wet. My scalp started itching almost immediately and my hair became very greasy/oily. Perhaps this soap would work well in soft water and someone with soft water would really like the soap a lot! I do think that is very possible. Do consider the hardness of your water before purchasing it.
