KNIPEX Tools Lifetime Limited Warranty: KNIPEX Tools-Werk warrants that any tool manufactured and sold by KNIPEX Tools LP for industrial and commercial use that fails during its normal life due to defects in workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty applies only to the original end-user that purchased the tool, and does not apply in any way to failures caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, or tools worn out by use.
