Seller sucks

Just received 2 of these 3 packs. The packages were tampered with. On one box, the seal was not sticking like someone opened it %26 reckoned it. The other box looks like it was opened then taped back up. These are each supposed to be a 3 pack. Instead, when I opened them, imagine my surprise when there were only 2 sticks in each box. Very disappointed. If it was a seller other than Walmart who sold %26 shipped these, that is very unethical/sus.
