A great book for Omnivores as well!

I loved this book! A great source of inspiration for healthy snacking, for raw food eaters and anyone, really. I liked how the author introduces each food explaining its nutritional value, it's such a great reference list! The graphics are appealing as well, making it an easy and pleasant book to read. I suggest this book to anyone, a great book for families with kids as well...let them eat healthy!

good snacks that are good for you!

I purchased this book because I am trying to eat more healthy and less prcessed food. In order to do this I need recipes to start with. This book has tons of nice healthy snacks and smoothies that even beginners to raw food like me can make. Some you have to have a dehydrator to make and I need to get myself one because those snacks look amazing! There are lots of nutrition info about the ingredients used in each recipe too which I think is pretty awesome!
