Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have made many different foods with this. I've made regular sandwich bread, biscuits, pancakes, scones, etc. I love the consistency it has. The flavor is amazing. It's very fine. I love how there are no hidden ingredients and I've researched the company and found good things about them. I plan to keep this as a staple for my pantry. Makes WONDERFUL bread!
