These work just as well and taste the same as the big name brand. You just save money. I have been needing cough drops continually for a long time, and go through bags, and these help me save a little bit of money. I will be purchasing more of them. Though I hope to not need many of them the rest of this season. It's nice to have them available and for a cheaper price. Thanks Wal-Mart.
