Screen clamp can be moved up and down, which is suitable for screen frame within 1.2inch (3cm) thickness. this new type machine has a function of micro-registration. The small red handle can be micro-adjusted to move the screen frame left and right for precise color matching.
The pallet is 22inch long, 18inch wide and 0.7inch thick, It is made of environmental and high density melamine materials, with slight pitting on the surface, which is more suitable for cleaning pallet glue.
Screen frame holder could spin at 360 degree to match color. This press come with bracket. Please install bracket on pallet first and then install bracket, pallet on the pallet arm as a whole. The platen can be moved back and forth by 4inch.
Each screen frame holder has a locating detent, put it closely in the locating wheel, then can make sure the plate is exactly. According to the weight of the screen frame, spring tension can be adjusted by the screws to achieve balance.
