I choose this over other brands for a couple of reasons. 1. It has less sodium per 2Tbl serving, and 2. It has less calories. If I want to spice it up, I add my own pepper, or I add garlic, etc. It is a little thinner than I like so will make sure to put it on the meat in time for the sauce to thicken with the heat.
