GLASS OR PLASTIC?

I purchased two of these since they look so attractive and reserved while design to keep whatever is in the cut cold. Yes... only Cold. Here is what happen, I love tea and purchased these cups to keep a larger cut while still maintaining the heat to enjoy over time. However, these cups only held the head once or twice and "crack" on the center of the cups. While the other cup slipped out of the hand and landed from a distance of about 2.5 feel. and "Crack". So the cups are only good as glass and only for cold drinks with its very nice cover to keep it cold on a god Summer day! Just don't drop it because it will shatter like glass!
