stained and not returnable to Wal-Mart stores

Although the mint green cube storage container is a great color and a great price, it came with brown stains on it. Instead of returning it to our local Wal-Mart down the street I had to go through a company called Dorm Co. I had to spend time on the phone with them, email pictures of the damage, and now they are sending me a new one. Bummer that the replacement process took up my time. I hope the new one is in good condition.
