Cooks great, much faster and easier than traditional smoker. A little trial and error to get the right cooking time. I altered a fried chicken recipe that used breading to one that just had a rub. Going by suggested cooking time it got a little too done (burned skin). Brats cooked perfect.

It's pretty amazing, great little smoker, that we also do French toast on. We hav grilled chicken and it air fries my chicken wings really good. Normally when I buy something that does multiple things it doesn't do any of them well but this seems to do them all well!
