Oxygen Sensor - Compatible with 2007 - 2011 Mercedes-Benz E550 2008 2009 2010

I have been using an independent mechanic for years for my import vehicles. He's always been good, but recently, I brought our MB SUV in for a check engine light and was told that the car would need O2 Sensors and that the job would cost about $1300. I had to make the tough call and actually contemplated just trading the car in as I'm tired of pouring loot into it.
