I bought two of these to cover a double layer strawberry cake for my son. I am not particularly good at baked goods, but it had a wonderful taste and was thick and rich. The only other thing worth noting was that, because it was thick, it seemed a little harder to spread. Maybe that's normal for frosting? IDK
