Perfect for Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos!
A tasty brown sugar substitute! I make a brown sugar shaken espresso every morning and this is a great way to cut down on carbs while still creating a delicious drink. I have not baked with it yet but based on the taste in my coffee, I think it will be great for baking, too.

Amazing Product
This (and Swerve's other sugar alternatives) is hands down the BEST sugar alternative on the market. I'm one of those people that cannot stand the taste of Stevia. I don't even care if it's bad for you or not, I just find the taste so noticeable and overpowering. This is as close of a replica as can be. When baking with it, I do tend to use more than the recommended 1:1 ratio (I do more of a 2:1), since I find the sweetness dissipates a bit through that process. But for hot drinks and any other usage, I use the same amount as I would regular sugar.
