This item was a replacement for a switch that had a broken button when we purchased our home. The removal of the old switch was easy, and the new switch was easy to install. I tested all functions of the switch and all worked fine.

Series II wall console not working

Bought the wall console for my opener, model 3022. Never worked. Was helped via live chat for nearly an hour but we never resolved the problem. The last thing I was told was to replace the wire between the console and the opener and the chat was ended. Wire replacement didn't resolve the problem.
