Item was not as described. I purchased a 9-pack for the price of six They were the skinny waist band, when I ordered the wide waist band style. I was very disappointed but didn't feel like I'd be heard. After all I did get Hanes underwear in a six pack. Since the law would agree with the store that I paid for and received a six pack.

A. ORDERED the HANES on sale, good price, 9 per package. B. What was RECEIVED was an off-brand, 6 per package; contacted Walmart Customer Service, did a Chat with the agent. He apologized, said to keep the off-brand, and SAID he re-ordered the HANES. C. AGAIN, what we received was the OFF-BRAND 6 per package. That's twice - don't know if it's a computer glitch or shipping problem. I said to Heck with it. D. We ended up with 12 Off-Brand for the price of 9 Hanes; HOWEVER: 2 fit so poorly, we had to discard them. Frankly, I expect my wife will have to throw out more. E. Maybe the Hanes would be better? No clue. F. "To err is human. To err twice is stupid"
